At Levaaro, we ensure every fragrance meets strict quality standards. Due to the hygienic nature of perfumes, returns are limited.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product is damaged, leaked, or incorrect
• The issue is reported within 12 hours of delivery
• The perfume is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Refund Process

• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used perfumes
• Discounted or promotional purchases
• Change-of-mind orders
